“Clean and friendly!”

“Breakfast is a "cold" style breakfast besides the waffle maker... ex: cereal, milk, bananas, oranges, pastries and yogurt. Indoor pool was open and clean.”

“Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the WiFi was poor so couldn’t connect in my room. ”

“The room was clean, staff very helpful, plenty of parking, close to downtown activities, Breakfast offered juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, and an assortment of pastries. One problem was the slow drain in the hand sink.”

“The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!”

“Breakfast had fixings for burritos- very good. They were asphaling the parking lot so parking was confusing. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“Room was clean. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and they don’t offer room service. Breakfast was so-so. On the weekend it’s buffet style and you have to pay for it. It’s the same ol stuff the other hotels have for free. All in all it was nice though and the kids had fun swimming.”

“This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!”

“Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!”

“This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”
