“Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. “al nostro arrivo c'erano letti con lenzuola sporche già usate, e sopratutto niente asciugamani da noi pagati € 16,00 Cad. persona, pulizia inesistente da noi pagata € 47,00, sopratutto non ci è stato possibile comunicare con nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto soggiornare obbligatoriamente in altro luogo, con tutti i disagi che si possono immaginare......”

“Enjoyed a fantastic 3 nights at Rockypop Flaine with 3 friends. Hotel is perfectly located for getting on to the slopes and our 1 bedroom appartement was spot on! Very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfy beds! Pool and spa also fantastic and a lovely treat at the end of a day skiing! Loved the fun nature and style of the hotel and hope to return with my family as great for kids as well! ”
