“We have been going here for many years always have felt comfortable and looked after. the 1st room we had was a bit shabby seemed to be in the young families area. the floor of the bathroom needed a lot of deep cleaning. the lounge was worn out and needed replacing. We were moved to another room because I found the shower in the bath hard to get up to. the staff were fantastic at helping this happen.
