“Location and neighborhood is great, communication is appropriate and house was very clean. The house had a ton of potential but has issues with poor upkeep (rotting wood, shattered tiles, peeling paint throughout) and fixtures were quite cheap, some pieces of furniture significantly stained or unstable. Yards and front exterior unkempt, which is unfortunate in this neighborhood. Photos are staged to strategically avoid problem areas, like significant paint peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen...
