“The room was clean, every interaction with the statf was welcoming, the breakfast was decent and parking is no hassle at all. I recommend this place. The Olive Garden down the road was great too.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“Well first appearance of the room was good but when we turned on the lights we saw the end table had a big sticky spot and the carpet was wet. They need to take down the curtain and replace or at least wash. They were very dingy. The staff was very nice when i wanted a cup of coffee. But for 300 dollars I will not be back. I can say that the Day Inn is not for me.”

“The hotel recently changed hands and is being remodeled. The main areas of hotel are filthy. Our room was recently remodeled with new carpet and furnishings. However, the bathroom was not clean. The outside security light made it so light in the room thatwas hard to sleep. Way overpriced.”

The one note about the bathroom lights - they kept coming on in the night - not sure why, but we just had to shut the door to avoid light disruptions. “Adequate parking, good shower ... also good room temperature control, comfortable bed, good number of tv stations, nice exercise room ( would have liked more than one treadmill), the pool was good. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.”

“12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

“The Bistro gets overloaded and slow. Suggest you develop a quicker process and more self-service options. I also think free coffee in the lobby would be a basic amenity, unless you want to open the bistro at 5a. People need coffee to wake up”
