Ho soggiornato in questo hotel anche se ogni giorno mi recavo a Londra, che si trova a 30 minuti da Stevenage, stazione inoltre molto comoda a soli 5 minuti di camminata... l’unica pecca è che durante le feste non passa niente, e i taxi sono carissimi....

“My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley.
Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff!
We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊”

I can be fussy with mattress comfort as I like a soft bed, and even though this was on the firm side of my preference, I did find the bed really comfy. The hotel text to ask how our room was (a really nice touch) and I asked for an extra couple.of pillows. These were delivered within ten minutes so great service. Complimentary bottles of water and tea and...

"La stanza era grande e di comodo accesso al piano terra.
Biancheria e asciugamani pulite, comode e grandi. Purtroppo la struttura ha arredamneto molto datato e con la moquette, ma è comunque pulito in generale. La colazione modesta, purtroppo servita in un piccolo spazio in reception. Il prezzo modesto ti fa dimenticare di tutte le pecche per chi viaggia e si ferma una sola notte di passaggio."
"Hotel senza sistema di aria condizionata. Per quanto concerne la moquette dell'hotel credo di non averne visto in tutta la mia vita una tanto sporca. L'area colazioni era inguardabile. Il personale era sufficientemente gentile ma totalmente inattivo. "
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
