“This hotel is under construction and it smells and is musty. It is very old and dated with worn carpet, etc. Beds are not very comfortable. Definitely don't stay until the construction is over and it is updated.”

“This is a great place to stay. I was traveling with two young adult kids and my teenagers. We were able to get a spacious suite at a reasonable price. Dinner snacks and breakfast was included, which was a nice perk! We were all impressed by the staff and the accommodations.”

“Rooms were clean , but customer service was terrible. Asking the front desk a simple question was met with “I don’t know and I don’t care” attitude. Then they just continued to ignore me and went back on their phone .”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“I could not take breakfast, even if prepaid, because there was nothing to go. And the hotel was unable to offre me a solution nor to deduct the cost of beakfast (30$ paid for nothing….)”

“If you fired the useless, do nothing Assistant manager and the big assed rude, disgusting, disrespectful check out piece of garbage at the checkout front desk this hotel might be good Other wise, nothing but harassing, people who should not have their jobs. They have both been twisted to the police and my attorneys for the trouble they have caused me and my DISABLED wife’”

“Absolutely gorgeous property, located close enough to the mall and airport. They shuttle you where you need to go and pick you back up. Definitely will stay here in the future”

“The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.”
