“Room was nice, bed comfy. Bathroom was almost out of TP with no spare insight. All in all was good. Would stay again.”

“Parking late at night was a challenge as the lot was full but the front desk staff was helpful in getting us a spot.”

“From the first moment we checked in to the moment we turned around and checked out we felt very unsafe. When we checked in the front desk lady was very short and you could tell we interrupt something and she was annoyed. Then we got to the room. Smelt of mold, bed were curved in the middle, was not very clean and you could see were water leaked from the ceiling and they did a temporary fix to rent the room. In the other bathroom you could see a black substance underneath the tile of the shower...

“liked the 3 dollar draft beer, rooms were great ,staff were very friendly, slots ere slots good days and bad days. will be going back.”

“The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket.”

“Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

“Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

“Good for a one night late stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend more than that. Property was well maintained but showing plenty signs of age. Funny smells and old aged carpet in hallways. Rooms are clean for what they are age wise, but definitely in need of a renovation. Staff was polite and helpful,”

“I loved the restaurant on site. We were so tired and having this option was wonderful. We checked in ate and went to sleep. The girl at the deck was friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name but see was so sweet. She has a special necklace she wears”
