“This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.”

“As the Microtel backs up to a cattle ranch pasture, it allows for a fairly quiet stay, occasionally interrupted by lowing. The hot weather over the past week has accentuated the surrounding environment with "scents of nature", both good and not so good. As long as you're inside, it's barely noticable. The only issue I had was linking in to the WiFi at the location. Other than that, no complaints.”

“Rooms and floors were very old, stained and dirty. I had to wipe my feet off of grit before getting into bed and before putting on socks. When I checked in, I knew the price from Expedia. What surprised me was it asking for a tip between 18-22% or customized or no tip. Unheard of!! Think this was a very nice place back in he day, but unfortunately time and lack of maintainence and repair has left the property in poor condition. Pity. Continental breakfast was minimal. “We had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Dothan, Alabama. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dothan area.”

“The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the mattress in my room had a dip in it making the bed uneven to sleep on. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.”

“Better than I expected”

“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”
