“People at the front desk explained everything, very helpful, & we could understand what they were saying. The whole building, this includes lobby, rooms, pool, & breakfast area, clean!! It is so nice, stay over at CLEAN, FRIENDLY hotel. ”

“Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me.”

“Ive been coming to stay in waterloo the last 3 weeks and this hotel is the 1st one i felt safe in clean rooms not afraid that i was going to catch bugs or something from the beds or bathrooms the food was great service was 100% i just wish i would of gottwn to the pool !!
