Quando è il momento di rilassarsi e distendersi, concediti un soggiorno al River Escape, un'invitante cabina immersa nella foresta sulle rive del Little Red River nella tranquilla cittadina di Heber Springs. Questa cabina confortevole è il luogo perfetto per fuggire dal trambusto della vita quotidiana e rallentare. Con un design a concetto aperto la nostra cabina sfrutta appieno l'ambiente tranquillo. Che tu sia in casa o fuori, puoi ammirare le splendide viste sul Little Red River. A pochi passi dalle scale c'è il nostro grande molo parzialmente coperto, il luogo perfetto per buttare una fila e prendere un po 'di cena, o guardare il tramonto proprio sul fiume. Quando avrai catturato tutti i pesci che riesci a gestire, fai una passeggiata serale lungo le strade tranquille e rimarrai affascinato dai suoni pacifici della natura che ti circonda. Ti invitiamo a venire a rendere la nostra casa tua e goderti la tua fuga sul Little Red River.
Disposizione:
Al primo piano ci sono 2 camere da letto. La prima camera include (letto matrimoniale, TV e vista sul fiume / accesso al ponte.) La seconda camera da letto si affaccia sulla parte anteriore della casa e comprende 2 letti singoli e 1 letto singolo pieghevole in uno degli armadi. entrambe le camere condividono un bagno completo con doccia / vasca.
Al secondo piano la master suite ha un balcone con vista sul fiume e comprende (1 letto matrimoniale, 1 grande bagno completo con cabina doccia e TV a schermo piatto.) E un soppalco con spazio di lavoro e camera per il secondo letto pieghevole

La cucina include, Forno elettrico / piano cottura, Frigorifero, Lavastoviglie, Tostapane, Microonde, pentole completamente rifornite

I servizi extra includono.
Lavatrice / asciugatrice, WIFI / Internet, 3 TV con sistema DirectTV, giochi / puzzle, camino a legna, griglia a carbone e gas, portico avvolgente, molo privato parzialmente coperto con pozzo dal vivo. E affondare con acqua dolce ed elettricità.

La cabina include anche gli elementi essenziali della casa di avviamento come detersivo per bucato, sapone per le mani, cialde per lavastoviglie, ferro e asse da stiro e un bar con una caffettiera K tazza e caffettiera a goccia tra cui (tazze K di avviamento, filtri caffè, crema per il caffè, crema, zucchero e bustine di tè.)

Michael is a great host! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. It's the best location for trout fishing—we caught over twenty trout, exceeding our expectations. We had an awesome stay. Amazingly, there were no mosquitoes or flies outside the house, even in the middle of summer..

Great Stay!

Very comfy place very clean everything you need highly recommend it. We had a great time if you’re trying to fish for trout make sure that you bring mini marshmallows and get some wax worms that will help.

Very Nice and Clean Property

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay. The home is very well stocked and had everything needed for a comfortable vacation. It was probably the best stocked home we have rented. The only thing you need to bring are your groceries. This home was also incredibly clean. No dust and very clean floors and bathrooms.While we didn't have much success fishing, we enjoyed hanging out on the dock. The drive to the lake was less than 20 minutes. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Peaceful retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host provided everything you could possibly need. They even had a little basket full for s’more ingredients as a welcome happy. You could tell the house was well-cared for and a lot of memories have been made there. The view was beautiful and we were so grateful to be able to stay there.

A perfect spot for old friends to get together and catch up. We have done this for the past 11 years and the third time at this location. The location, setting, and fishing is perfect. We all agreed that God willing we will be back next year.

Percect weekend getaway for fishermen with family.

We had no issues on our stay. Communication with the host was great. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean, well organized, and in great shape. The dock is big and great for fishing and hanging out. We plan to stay here again.

As good as it gets

I’m not sure how this property could have been any better. The host was extremely pleasant, the home was completely stocked with everything that we could possibly need, and there was so much outdoor seating. We grilled and enjoyed meals from the deck where saw over twenty different birds species just during our breakfast. The house had a view down to the water and to the boat dock-which was absolutely perfect. We never even left the property. The boys caught their limits from the dock, and I’m certain this will be a trip everyone will talk about for years to come.

Rolling River Fog

House and grounds are well taken care of. Best stocked house we’ve been in. Very Clean… So relaxing to just sit on the dock and watch the fog roll down the river throughout the day. We caught lots of fish 2 of the 3 days we were there. Would definitely visit again.

Family vacay

This place is great! It’s very cozy and comfortable, it doesn’t take long to feel right at home. There were 5 of us and stayed 6 nights, plenty of seating inside and out. The view was amazing! Perfect spot on the river! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Would love to come back one day!

July 4 golf weekend

Very nice. We had 6 guests and only had beds for 5. All men. It would have been better with another bed. This is the second year we have rented the property for this annual golf outing. We rented two other properties nearby. We will most likely rent it again next year

Great location and awesome house!

This is one of the best houses I have stayed at on the river. It’s located on a great fishing spot with a big dock with shade. The house itself was very clean and perfect for me, my sons, and my Dad. Mike was excellent to work with as well. Will definitely come back!

Great river getaway!

Cozy, clean and very comfortable beds! Had everything you need in the kitchen and lots of other amenities (including a s'mores kit that my daughter loved)! Beautiful scenery from the dock!

Checked all our boxes!

We wanted to spend a few days on the river and this cabin had everything and more. Fishing and being on the water was high on our list so the dock was a must have. It was enjoyed by all and the view was amazing. The property was quiet and felt secluded, even though there were neighbors in the area. The feel was rustic but the cabin was super clean. Like others have stated, everything you could think of was supplied, we had no need to go buy anything. The owners were very responsive and friendly, they truly care that their guests have a wonderful stay- and we did! Definitely on our list of places to revisit!

Grandson’s Dream

My grandsons wanted to fish for their Christmas visit, so I returned to this property for the second time. In three days, they caught all the trout they wanted and had a blast. My daughter and her husband really enjoyed the natural setting and views of the river. If you want to fish and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the river, I could not recommend a better place.

They place is great. They literally have everything you need. Best fishing dock EVER! We caught 3 limits of trout on the first evening. This place will make you happy. We took home 38 trout over 3 days. We will be back.

Great time!!! Annual fishing with friends

This trip has been an annual fishing and “catch up” trip with friends for the past 10 years. This was the 2nd time to stay at this property. This property has exceeded our expectations and we plan to come back as long as it is available. Great host and property owner, clean, great fishing. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Great property on the Little Red River

This house is in a great location on the river. The property is large. The house is not too far from Barnett and Lobo accesses. The house is awesome with great outside areas, including a fire pit (with a ton of firewood), gas grill, charcoal grill, and wrap-around deck with plenty of seating. There is also an awesome dock with plenty of chairs, table, and fish cleaning station. The inside is great also. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, bowl, and utensil you would every need. That really stuck out. The owners also left makings for smores and a bag of ice. The ice machine works too. The beds are super comfortable. The TV and WiFi were great too. Will definitely be back,

Great house! Great fishing!

I picked this house because so many of the reviews mentioned catching fish. We caught a ton of rainbows from the dock and had a great time. The house is very nice and very thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Lil Red River

Where we stayed was nice and cozy... really comfortable setting. A good quality tv with surround sound, which I really enjoy... being away from home. Enjoy being on the deck, spent a lot of time there. Peaceful and quiet stay.
