Favolosa Lake House Scappare su Eden Isle

La nostra casa sul lago è una casa sul lago spaziosa (2.450 piedi quadrati), ma accogliente, adatta a famiglie o fughe romantiche. Puoi fare qualsiasi cosa ti piaccia su Eden Isle, o niente del tutto. Ai nostri ospiti piace dare da mangiare ai pesci nella nostra fontana, guardare i cervi vagare attraverso il retro della nostra proprietà, fare s'mores nella nostra Chiminea, saltare le scogliere sul Greers Ferry Lake e guardare film all'aperto sul grande schermo cinematografico del nostro gazebo.

La nostra casa ha bellissimi spazi esterni e ampie finestre che sembrano portare all'esterno la nostra casa. La bellezza naturale all'aperto dell'Arkansas è evidente ovunque. Greer Ferry Lake circonda Eden Isle. Eden Isle's Marina è a pochi passi da casa nostra. Il Red Apple Inn e il Country Club dell'Eden Isle offrono una cucina raffinata, campi da golf da campionato, due piscine, campi da tennis e molto altro ancora.

La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 9 persone (2 letti king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello su letto matrimoniale nella camera a castello). La camera da letto principale si trova al piano di sotto. Comprende un ampio bagno padronale e un'ampia vista sul cortile e sul giardino. La camera a castello al piano inferiore può ospitare 3 persone e ha un bagno completo annesso. Le camere da letto al piano superiore (1 king e 1 queen) condividono un altro bagno completo.

La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata per gli ospiti e offre posti a sedere per un massimo di 4 persone al bancone. Il tavolo da pranzo ha 8 sedie e una grande panca che consente posti a sedere per 10 più ospiti. La grande sala adiacente comprende un televisore Sony con audio surround e TV via cavo (insieme alle opzioni di streaming Chromecast), due comode sedie, un divano e un divano (ognuno con poltrone reclinabili) e un camino a gas.

C'è una grande veranda, dove gli ospiti possono guardare le persone o semplicemente godersi la bellezza all'aperto. Appena fuori dalla nostra grande sala, abbiamo un grande gazebo in cui gli ospiti possono rilassarsi ascoltando i suoni rilassanti della grande fontana adiacente o godersi serate di cinema sul grande schermo del Gazebo. Il patio adiacente in pietra lastricata offre due tavoli da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere e una chiminea affascinante. Le dotazioni esterne aggiuntive includono un fumatore elettrico e una griglia a gas con girarrosto.

Genitori e nonni avventurosi possono ospitare serate "camp out" nella nostra tenda Coleman nel cortile di casa nostra. (Abbiamo anche una presa camper da 30 ampere appena fuori dal garage per 2 auto della nostra casa). Il divertimento all'aperto è arricchito dalle ampie caratteristiche paesaggistiche della nostra struttura e dal sistema di controllo degli insetti / zanzare "Buzz-Off".

Like your staying at a friend's

We've stayed several times at this house, by ourselves and with friends, and every time have had a great experience. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is so comfortable - it is almost as if you were staying at a friend's house. We have a boat at the marina, so it's a perfect location. We love to take walks in the neighborhood, too.

We had a great time at the property. The home was perfect for 9 of us. The property was comfortable and clean and Margo was very responsive anytime we had a question. We also were able to rent a boat slip at the marina just a short drive away which made things much easier for us. We would definitely come back and visit.

Solitude Delight

This home is PERFECT for a quiet rest with several beautiful, comfortable places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The guys enjoyed the lake and closeness of the marina. Cute town of Heber Springs for a little shopping and hiking trails for the mornings.

Comfortable and Quiet

The home is very roomy and big enough for a large crowd. Plenty of rooms for quiet time even if a crowd is in another room. Lots of outdoor seating with different areas to gather and enjoy the scenery. Minutes away from stores, restaurants and activities. A short walk to the marina.

The Perfect Place

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, comfortable house nestled among shade trees in a quiet neighborhood. The gazebo was a lovely spot to drink morning coffee. It is a short drive to a grocery store, or into town, but the tradeoff is tranquil surroundings. We saw a deer on the drive coming to the house! The marina, golf course, or Sandy Beach isn't far, if you have active adults seeking some sport, or something to do.

Family Reunion at Eden Isle

This really is a fabulous house and great for families. Our large extended family was staying at various properties on Eden Isle and this house was perfect for us to be near to family but also have our own place to escape to. The house is very spacious with great amenities and close to the marina. The hosts are so lovely and great at being communicative and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great house at Eden Isle.

Great end to the summer

My husband, our college sophomore son, HS junior son, and their two friends spent a great relaxing few days at this property. There was ample room for us to cook - inside and out! Everything we needed was there to serve our dishes, and the outdoor covered areas were lovely to sit in. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there were games and tv options available too. Thanks for a great time before we send the boys back to college & high school!

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay at the property. It is lovely and comfortable and we felt like we were coming home again. There's lots of amenities and extras. It was just my husband and myself and we were there to tend to my 97 year old Aunt who lives on Eden Isle. When we came in for the evening, it was like we were being wrapped in a warm blanket. I thank the owners deeply for their agreement to our special circumstances. We highly recommend this wonderful oasis.

Robinsons' Review

Owner was very accommodating to our special needs. The home and property are lovely. We felt comfortable, this was our home away from home. Loved watching the deer through the windows at dusk. We stayed on the lower level and never went upstairs. Checkout time was a little early for us but we made it with time to spare. I would suggest the land line phone be disconnected when there are guests, as 2 calls came in after midnight with multiple rings and there was no answering device. All in all a 5 star experience!

Fall getaway

The house was spacious with all the amenities as described. The outdoor areas were very well maintained and a great place to enjoy nature and family conversation. The well stocked pantry was a welcome surprise. The host was very responsive to any questions. If the leaves had been changing a little more, it would have been perfect. We loved the area and would love to come back in the future.

Home away from home

This cozy house will make you feel at home. Located in a beautiful woodsy setting, it’s convenient to the lake where we were able to enjoy our boat for a few days, as well as local restaurants. It’s outfitted with everything you could possibly need and the hostess was super easy to communicate with.

Excellent peaceful getaway.

The process was very easy. The house was perfect for six adults. Lots of amenities. Wish we had better weather to take advantage of awesome backyard area. Lots of space and seating/ eating areas. Eden Isle is lovely. Pretty gir walking. Saw several deer. Would definitely consider again. Host was helpful and very reachable.

Wonderful!

Our trip to Margo & Jeff's Eden Isle lake house was perfect! The place was very clean and spacious inside and out. All needed items were in the kitchen and plenty of linens in all bathrooms. The peace and quiet was amazing as we enjoyed the wildlife and outdoor fire pit. Most of the trumpeter swans were gone by the time we arrived, but Margo gave good directions to the pond where they were each day and we were able to find them. Four electric recliners on the couch and love seat were nice to relax and put our feet up as we enjoyed the beautiful indoor fireplace. We will definitely want to come back!
