“The area was nice. The cabinets were a little old and they need renovation. We had a good time. Just be aware that the Cabin ms are a little bit outdated.”

“The room was very nice. I have a new puppy and she smelled a lot of smells on the carpet so maybe shampoo more often or put in LVP. The hot tub only had half of the jets working so that wad disappointing. But the free breakfast was very good. I have celiac and there were plenty of options for me.”

“Very nice staff I will say but I can’t lie whatever you paid for the room (especially during peak season) it should probably be less. The room was pretty tore up and the tv didn’t even have a remote. The shower drain cover was falling off and a lot of the furniture was ripped. The floors felt kinda greasy and grimy and the towels were super thin. But at least the sheets were clean, bed was comfy, easy parking, & they don’t price gouge as much as some of these other spots. “It was perfect size for perfect price”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and even let us check out an hour later so we got to enjoy the hot tub in the morning. The largest mini fridge I’d ever seen in a hotel room as well! The shower was massive and the room was very clean. The bed was a tiny bit soft but nothing too uncomfortable. Overall, loved staying here!”

“Our second stay at this hotel. It’s kind of our goto hotel now when visiting Santa Cruz. The staff is great, parking is great, and location is great. It’s within walking distance to food and other necessities. There is a great pizza place across the street, 711, and an ice cream place. I only wish it had a pool. Comes with a nice simple breakfast that gets your day started.”
