“A lot to improve regarding service and maintenance The only good thing was the cleanliness. The front desk service was terrible and lacked any willingness to help. The breakfast is very basic, much inferior to other similar chains. Additionally, the sheer curtain in the room was torn and poorly cut with scissors. Those signs of neglect really take away from the quality of the place.”

“The room was spotless and very cozy. Having a kitchen was a huge plus for me. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.”

“The only issue is the parking, as they charge an extra fee for cars, and I don’t like that. Other than that, everything is very good. The housekeeping staff is very attentive and kind. Overall, they provide excellent customer service.”

“This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.”

“Hicimos la reservación días antes, Llegamos cerca de las 10 pm y la recepcionista fue agradable, y lo mejor es que hablaba español. El check in fue rápido al igual que el check out . Todo muy bien, rico el desayuno. Solo la habitación el piso como que es de madera y se siente en alguna parte que “tiembla”cruje (habitación 322). Pero a pesar de eso todo bien. A mi y a mi familia todo nos agradó . Y está cerca de Disney a solo 23 min aproximadamente”
