“Ive been to this hotel a few times and the young lady that helped me out, already knew which floor is my favorite to stay in. She also remembered that I always ask for two extra towels so when she saw me come in she greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome and already knew I wanted towels before asking. Now thats GREAT customer !! Forgot her name even tho she told me lol I’m sorry, but super sweet young lady”
