“This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

“We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Brunswick. The dishes that were provided allowed us to have a simple breakfast and to reheat leftovers. Little gifts left by our hostess were a nice treat. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay on Bailey Island. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and former renters had even left some food in the fridge.The house is in a sweet little, quiet community. Would recommend. Thanks”

“First, this property was sooo clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and they even provided extra blankets in the closets! The kitchen has lots of amenities if you are staying awhile and cooking. The apartment gets great lighting, there’s no noisy neighbors and the heater is amazing! “We had a great stay in the apartment during the holidays for a rather impromptu family trip. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). Would highly recommend it & would definitley consider staying here in the future!”

“Nice little cottage, lots of sun, great layout, full kitchen which is so important to me, and less than a block to the commercial center! Plenty of parking, easy to unload and load my car, only a step up or two into the property which was perfect for my very small dog. ”
