“After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!”

“I did not like position of room when I booked a sea front rooom I did not think I would be put in a room on the first floor looking over the bar , web site very deceptive, the bar that was to stay open until 10 pm closed at 8.30 .was told due to not enough customers that is what I call deceiving guests”

“Everything was perfect! Clean and we enjoyed our stay! Only thing is we stayed in room 701 and we believe that the AC unit for that room was not working properly. We had the thermostat set to 68 cool, but the room stayed at 74 all night long. Other than that minor inconvenience everything else was amazing and we will definitely be looking to stay at doubletree by Hilton in ocean city again!”

“Of course the view was stunning.
All staff members encountered were pleasant and helpful. They are really service oriented which is much appreciated. I believe these folks treat the guests the way they would want to be treated when spending hard earned $$. The room itself had everything necessary for a 4 day stay even a little shelf of books.
The only con is the lack of soundproofing. One night I became concerned with a loud conversation adjacent to or above me. I was on the verge of calling...

“I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“Housekeeping was terrible. Beds were half made, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days until I had to call the front desk a long with only 1 wash cloth, 1 had towel and 1 regular towel left in the room for 3 people to share and room was not vacuum. Bathroom unclean so I spent most of my vacation calling the front desk.”
