Cottage in Hertfordshire

“A lovely cottage in a beautiful rural area with many options to go on a hike. We also went to the Harry Potter studio’s, which are very close by. We enjoyed the BBQ in the backgarden many times, as we were very lucky with the weather.”

“I have stayed at many vrbo places and check in usually really easy. But this one I received no information. When I contacted them I was told I had to sign a contract and show ID. I had not had this email and to cut a long story short it was a total faff and got the trip off on a bad note. Email finally came after chasing through vrbo (very helpful) but an hour or so wasted when I could have been working. House lovely and never a problem to find parking on the road outside.
