"Ottima struttura, top la colazione dalle 4 alle 11 del mattino, per chi come me ha il volo presto. A soli 5 minuti dall’aeroporto. "

"Hotel senza sistema di aria condizionata. Per quanto concerne la moquette dell'hotel credo di non averne visto in tutta la mia vita una tanto sporca. L'area colazioni era inguardabile. Il personale era sufficientemente gentile ma totalmente inattivo. "

"Ottima soluzione per chi si trova in viaggio da queste parti. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Harry Potter Studios: serve ovviamente l’auto dato che l’hotel non è servito da mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso, comunque consigliato."

"Great hotel close to Stansted Airport. On the day of my check-out, I needed to work from there with my laptop, and they kindly allowed me to stay in the bar area for the entire afternoon. I especially appreciated the kindness of the entire staff."

"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
