Hotel vicino a Hespeler Memorial Arena - Kitchener

“Young hockey players ran up and down the the halls, slammed doors, and yelled until 11pm on both Friday and Saturday night. Loud road construction early Monday morning. Do not recommend!”

“am very disappointed with my experience. The price shown when I made the booking was $143, but when I paid, I was charged $205. I do not understand why I was charged so much more than the advertised price. On top of that, breakfast was not included. The final price was much higher than expected, and I feel this was misleading. I would appreciate a clear explanation of these additional charges. I am not satisfied with this experience.”

“Clean room. Good breakfast”

“Terrible noise from 10pm onwards on the 2nd night. I heard it was the same on the floor below me. Can't the staff police other guests, which the desk said were university students, or are they afraid of confrontations?”

“Excellent Service !”

“Clean room, very big, comfortable bed”

“If you are checking in after 10pm, press the buzzer on the left wall. You may have to wait a bit if the only person at the front desk is dealing with someone. Other than that, this was a a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Oh, and the bar closes at 10pm, even on a Friday. Makes no sense at all.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Easy to get to, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway! We were attending an event at a nearby venue and opted to stay here due to the price. We felt that it was very good value for our money, even without a complimentary breakfast. There was fruit-infused water available in the lobby as well as free coffee in the morning. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again...

“Warm welcome, clean and freindly”

“I really liked the room we had at this hotel. It had a balcony to let in some fresh air. The walk from the parking lot to the hotel was very long with stairs, so if someone has an accessibility issue, I recommend they get dropped off at the front of the hotel. The fridge wasn't very cold and the bathroom was small but we managed to get by. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of food options. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Overall, we had a...

“My third stay in this hotel. Always very satisfied with excellent service and friendly staff along with well maintained and clean premises.”
