“Very clean. 4 out of our 5 rooms were renovated I’m sure they’re still working on that. Staff very courteous and accommodating. ”

“In una paesino nell’estremo nord dello stato di New York, si trova questa struttura molto particolare perché ricavata in una ex scuola. Le stanze sono ricavate in quelle che un tempo erano le aule, sono grandissime e arredate in modo originale. Grande ospitalità di Jim, che ringrazio per avere acconsentito ad un check-in in tarda serata. La colazione preparata da Donna è ottima. Da provare.”

“We couldn’t stay as it was -8 and the heater wasn’t working. They offered a small space heater but that was not going to be enough for that cold of weather. It forecasted to get to -15 that night. They are also refusing to issue a refund.”

“The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Only problem was no elevator for my disabled husband and no first floor rooms available. That was on me for not double checking that, but we know for next time.”

“We only stayed for one night. However, we were impressed by the accommodations. The room was a great size. Two Queens and a sofa bed was perfect for our family. Very spacious with two TVs. I also appreciated the extra hooks to hang clothes/jackets in the room. Extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels for our family as well. Only minor thing was that we booked for 5 people and there were only 3 towel sets available. Not that we couldn't ask for more. Great selection of breakfast. Very clean....

“I locked myself out on accident and waited an hour it was getting late and I just booked a hotel elsewhere. ”

“The so location is beautiful. The door every keypads being programmed to the last 4 of your phone number is very convenient. I liked the heated tile floor in my bathroom and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very basic, the shades and curtains in my room let in a lot of light and bring near the entryway meant I heard everything. Not what I expect for $200+ for a night.”

“The hotel was completely empty and we booked on Expedia, the last minute so we could see my daughter in a special group home on her birthday. We asked if we could have a room on the water, everytime we go to the hotel we get it, they said since we booked on Expedia the rate difference they would not allow, it was $40 more but empty. ”

“The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season”

“Upon arriving at the property the entire area was covered in snow and very unsafe to walk . I started itching while I was sleeping and woke up to my bed filled with bed bugs. Staff was called and I was relocated to another room and told the manager would contact me which never happened. I reached out to the property and finally got in touch with the manager only for him to say his apologies after I told him I’m currently home and still itching . “L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.”
