“Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.”

“Stayed with my son in a twin room. Nice big room with a bit of character to it which you often don’t get any more - they all look the same! Really nice friendly staff in the hotel, particularly on arrival at check in and at breakfast. ”

“The room was lovely, and our stay massively exceeded our expectations including an evening dip in the hot tub and then using the hotel bar for games. The staff made everything that much more special for my girlfriend (now fiancé) birthday and for our engagement during our stay too to put the extra special touches in.
