Hotel vicino a LNER Community Stadium - York

“Meraviglioso pub in centro a York, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni (10 minuti a piedi!) staff veramente gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in attesa del check in e anche all’uscita. Camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Se tornerò a York lo risceglierò (ha anche un garden esterno e il parcheggio!”

“Great hotel, right in the heart of York, next to the Minister. Helpful friendly staff provide a great service, excellent breakfast and good selection of local hand pulled brews at the bar.”

“The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. The breakfast offer is great and the food was lovely, well cooked and great products. The cost of the breakfast offer was well priced and so worth...

“Struttura tipica e caratteristica del posto, architettura e giardino piacevole, MA personale scortesissimo, abbiamo dovuto passare la prima notte fuori dall albergo per aver ffatto mezz ora di ritardo dal tempo massimo del check in, camera eccessivamente piccola e nella sala colazione siamo stati cambiati di posto, rispetto a quello prescelto, nonostante in struttura eravamo gli unici.”

“The hotel is fine for a couple of nights although it could do with updating in many areas (having to walk up outside stairs to reach your room is not ideal). The footfall noise from the upstairs room was terrible on both nights, even with a change of occupants. Needs some sort of sound proofing. The staff member we complained to was great and offered to change our room, but it was after midnight. The electrics blew in our room when we switched something off; again the staff were fantastic....

“The room was very clean and we even got a surprise upgrade to a triple bedroom which allowed us to have more space. It had everything you needed from a fan to toiletries to housekeeping on request. The lady who looked after us was lovely and even let us check in a little early as we arrived earlier than planned. She greeted us warmly each day and explained everything we would need. Everyone we spoke to was welcoming and it only took a few minutes walk before we were in the heart of the city...
