Hotel vicino a High Level Bridge - Fairmont

“It was a nice stay”

“My daughter attends college in Fairmont, WV and this hotel is clean, the staff is polite, and it's become our place to stay when visiting. No complaints.”

“Very helpful staff. When the bed was not comfortable Rose transferred us to another room. It is older property but spotless and very homey atmosphere.”

“everything was nice helpfull”

“Very convenient location off the highway. Clean and staff was very pleasant.”

“First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. I ended up having to say two more nights and the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. Same as I mentioned before. The microwaves and refrigerators were never clean, one...

“good experience”

“Staff was okay. They did a fine job getting us checked in. Our room was kinda gross though. Stains on the top cover blanket, like obvious stains that weren’t easy to miss. One of the curtains in the room had gross stains on it and almost every towel in the room had dark dirty stains on them. Really disappointed, we were definitely deceived by the other reviews.”

“Very clean hotel with nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and kind.”

“Absolutely horrible place to stay everything was damp and smelled like smoke and mold.. The sheets even felt dirty! Mold on everything making it very hard to even breathe.”
