“The front desk staff, Lauren in the evening and Morgan on day shift, were excellent! The elevator was out due to circuit hit by lightning about three weeks ago. Lauren explained during check-in and had to use a key to take guests up and down her entire shift. She has the most friendly and positive attitude. When we went in our room, it had not been cleaned. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. “Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.”
