“My wife and I were very impressed with our recent stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than we expected. When I went to check in, I expected our room to not be ready. To my surprise, it was. The clerk at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The check-in took about two minutes. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel was. The breakfast was very good. There is a Ruby Tuesdays right next door. There is a DQ a short walk away....

“Staff is a little rude at times but others try to compensate with super friendliness. Cleanliness is pretty good but amenities are outdated and sub par. Continental breakfast is cereal, honey buns and waffles....that's it. Coffee has to be asked to be made instead of proactive staff involvement. Overall, it was a place to stay based on business need, but definitely would not recommend if you wanted a truly relaxing and pleasure experience. ”

“Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. ”

“Overnight stay took place during renovation work, so that affected how well the tidiness could be maintained. Rooms could benefit from some rehab. Would recommend adding a bottle of body wash to the existing bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are installed on the shower wall.”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean with beautiful river view, the onsite Starbucks is super convenient and it’s very convenient to downtown campus. ”

“There was hair and ear wax in one of the towels and the shower had a huge crack in the floor that was poorly plastered.”
