“Pleasant stay , clean and tidy , nice breakfast”

“We paid online for 2 nights after trusting the reviews it was a horrible smelly hotel and the room was tiny we walked out and booked somewhere else”

“Parking was great room was small and hot when windows were open could hear a constant dripping sound. Hotel needs a lot of work plenty of staff but no direction maintenance man was loading plates for dishwasher at breakfast. Why not repair the skirting coming away in accessible bathroom or replace the broken lights even clean the windows. Breakfast was off poor quality would not stay again”

“Good location for what we needed, rooms equipped with all you need. Clean and comfortable space. Staff helpful and good communication. Would stay here again”

“Q was immaculate, the room was finished to a very high standard, you get a very warm welcome from the owners an it would appear that nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely stay again.”

“Lovely owners, lovely room, great breakfast (wide cereal selection & cooked option). The bedroom and bathroom were both so spacious and there was a large amount of storage space. Very clean. Nice location. We would have stayed longer if we had time.”

“Perfect stay for the weekend, lovely view all the amenities you could possibly need, shame about the outside patio area certainly not like in the photos on line. Needs a good tidy up and clean. Other than that perfect stay. ”

“The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.”

Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area. Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...
