“En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! Creo que esos lofts no estan preparados para recibir huespedes aun, hay que hacer arreglos,,,verifiquen antes de contratar Eduardo Garza, Monterrey NL MEX”

“The quality of the room is what is expected for the river. We had just arrived at the room and turned on the tv in the living room and a couple of minutes after turning it on, we heard a pop and the tv stopped working. Called to have it looked at because I was thinking it might cause an electrical fire. Went to the event came back turned on the bedroom tv and ”

“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“Everything was excellent. The host communicated well, with lots of helpful info. The condo was super comfortable and we felt right at home.”

“The property was vey close to all the bars and restaurants close to 6th st. We also were able to walk to the trails caring Lady bird lake.”

“Everything the host has control of was great. The only negative I would say is that it is on the second story, so not ideal for small kids. Neighbors got upset with us at one point. ”

“The listing indicated an "unobstructed view" of the lake from the balcony, but id say the condo was more than "steps from the lake" and while there was a view, it was a partial view obstructed by a building. It was comfortable but the stove top had two burners that did not work which made it difficult for cooking. We did really enjoy the hot which was clean. Overall a 4 out of 5.”
