“I never got to stay in my reserved room. The hotel canceled my reservation around 7:00 p.m. because they claimed my credit card did not go through. It was Spring Break, a busy Saturday night, and 9:00,p.m. when we arrived, so finding another room was just impossible. We had been competing the a table tennis tournament all day long, with no time to view messages on my phone. We were exhausted and we had to drive another hour where we luckily found the last room left at another hotel in...
