“The property is well located and we appreciate the evening cocktails and having an onsite restaurant. Breakfast is also nice. This was our second visit and the only complaint is regarding the shuttle. Each time it's taken a long time for the shuttle. Since the property is only a few miles away, I don't know why it takes so long!!”

“Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella
caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”

“Su Expedia la camera prenotata aveva le foto della doccia con vetro. Arrivato in hotel, il receptionist mi ha comunicato che non era correta la foto e che aveva sbagliato Expedia (ma le foto chi le carica ?) e che se volevo quella doccia dovevo oagare 31 dollari in più al giorno. Tralasciando questo, avevo cheisto gentilmente una camera con vista, ma anche questa richiesta è stata disattesa. Le camere vecchie ma pulite. La vasca doccia ha bisogno di manutenzione.”

“No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!”
