“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful; parking was easy and the room was great (we received an unexpected upgrade). We've stayed before and the standard rooms are also very comfortable. Most everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were being refreshed but they said it should be back in operation later in the summer. All in all, a very enjoyable few days. We'll be back in the fall.”

“We had adjoining rooms. The one room was handicapped accessible and was very large and spacious. The other room had two queens and was very small.”

“This was my first stay at this property. It was clean however, it felt like an upgraded motel vs a suite Hotel. The luggage carts had rust on them. Nothing about this property gives "Suites". They charge for toiletries that other Suite Hotels give out for free. The only complimentary item is coffee. The rooms smell musty. I actually requested a room change because of the musty odor. The manager said " this is humid Texas". When I changed rooms I forgot and left my ice pack slipper in the freezer...

“My Only complaint was that, is that the in-room fridges didn’t work even after having them switched out and my 1 yr olds milk went bad. Other than that, the hospitality. The service, the entire experience was top notch. 🙏”

“Comfortable beds, but the room smell, they are humid . Dirty floors all thoughout the hotel. Breakfast is the same , doesn’t change. I give it 2 stars.”

“The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it.”

“Convenient stop on way to Galveston. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Needed extra towels and washcloths. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk. No one ever showed. Bar staff saw me and another gentleman waiting but didn’t call anyone or assist.”
