“Very welcoming stay, gave us privacy and clear instructions, very clean and good water pressure. The gate and couple made me feel safe and secure while traveling as young woman. Would 100% stay again. Located close to the volcanos and black sand beach.”

“The space is beautiful inside and out, we struggled with the gate lock the first couple of times we used it, it started to loosen up the more we used it. The frogs come alive at night and give you a symphony. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping bring ear plugs. We will absolutely stay here again.”

“Wonderful cottage nestled in a rainforest setting, far back from the road. It was clean, comfortable, ample towels and bedding/blankets. Every room had night lights and switches were clearly labeled. Perfect for two couples, matching en-suite bedrooms. And so close to Hawaii Volcanoes NP, made it easy for us to be there early. Sorry we didn't plan a longer stay. ”

“A restful, peaceful and private guest cottage outfitted with everything needed and more. Located less than 30 minutes south of Hilo Airport, it is well-situated to enjoy all the offerings of the region, including the active volcano. For us, it served as home base while visiting family. We especially valued the owner's masterful wood carvings that helped give the cottage its uniquely Hawaiian vibe. We also appreciated the detailed guest guidelines intended to keep the ohana in its best condition...

“What a beautiful location and farm. So peaceful and a fantastic place to decompress. Matter of fact we spent a very enjoyable day on the lanai. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, a real kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer there, as well as snorkeling and beach gear available for use! We highly recommend this place and would stay again 3 easy check in/out, nice hosts. Farm is about 30 minutes from Hilo.”

“We LOVED our 2 night stay here. It was so relaxing and exactly what was described. It was a bit of nature, fruit trees and peace. We had excellent communication with the hosts. The outdoor shower was pretty cool. We really can’t say enough good about it. Will 100% stay here again when returning to Hilo side of the island.”
