“No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. ”

“The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and had a great kitchenette. The exterior was nice to walk around and pretty. I stayed five days and felt very comfortable. Things that were not so great: here is constant noise from the highway/major route that runs past the hotel so even though the surroundings are nice its not ever "quiet." When I was there the hot tub wasn't working. The gym is absurdly tiny - not even room for a yoga mat to stretch. The breakfast is OK /meh. They don't supply dish...

“ I am writing to report an issue during my stay in room 333 on March 11, 2026. I woke up to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. I informed the owner of the situation and she said that she didn't believe me and didn't have time to view the photos and asked that I email the photos to her. The email she provided was invalid. She also told me not to come back. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter I have photos of my findings, if needed. ”
