Welcome to 1 Ocean Club! Located just steps from the splashy pool and the ocean waves, this 2BR/2BA villa comfortably accommodates a party of 6 and is perfect for enjoying Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer.

Designed with your enjoyment and comfort in mind, 1 Ocean Club offers a bright, open living area, dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, patio with gas grill, primary bedroom with king bed and full bath, and guest bedroom with two double beds and full bath. Strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

Speaking of island adventures, you will find conveniently located amenities within a short walk or bike ride, such as Coligny Plaza filled with pubs, restaurants, shopping and other activities. Hilton Head Island has world-famous bike trails, 12 miles of pristine beaches, great golf courses, and is just one hour from Savannah and Charleston if a day-trip is on your agenda.

After a day of exploring the island and enjoying the beach, you have a lovely villa to retreat to for relaxation, perhaps a game or movie night or midnight supper before settling into your comfy bed for a restful night's sleep. Can’t beat the location. A quick walk over the dunes to the beach. Very convenient for families with kids. Short drive to Sea Pines. Well maintained condo.

This property is in a great location. Walkable, close to the beach, shops, Coligny Beach to make a few. The condo was clean and had everything needed for a 3 week stay. Parking was secure and communication with the property manager was very good.

Lack of amenities ie toilet paper, kitchen bags, burnt out light, not enough light in second bedroom, need ceiling fans, floors were very dirty, should have first floor bathroom. 3 times back pack blower at 7:15am Need better instructions on TV’s Location, pool were great

I believe a handrail should be added. I slipped and fell down the wooden steps. No serious damage but badly bruised and sore. It is my understanding per code a rail is not required but the $300 cost would certainly be. Cheaper than defending a lawsuit in cases of a serious injury. Thank you.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo and its location! We walked to Cligny plaza every day. It was so easy for us and our two toddlers! It was took cold for them to swim in the pool but we’ll definitely be back!

We certainly enjoyed the location near the beach and proximity to Coligny was fun. We appreciated an early check-in after traveling a distance. Also knowing we could contact you if necessary. A few things were difficult as we didn’t realize that both restrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty with too many stairs and of course going up and down was tiring. It would be helpful to know how to use the TVs. We aren’t familiar with Spectrum. Some of the kitchenware is quite worn. We enjoyed our time with family and certainly made lasting memories.

Very relaxing stay and just what we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and pool was right out our door. The little extras, popcorn, can cozies, and canvas beach bag were very appreciated. Beach chairs should probably be replaced. We will book again.

We have been at Hilton Head several times and have rented similar villas before. This one is among the best we have seen. Everything was functional, the villa was clean and quiet. The location is great, directly at the beach, but not in the thickest crowd. There is still some room to breed. We enjoyed the stay and would like to come back. I can highly recommand this villa.

Property was great, as described. Perfect for our family. Easy, private walk to beach! Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again! Didn’t get beach towels until we called and requested but wasn’t a big deal. Bring extra toilet paper/paper towels as we ran out. I usually always bring extra but forgot this time. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The beach is just outside the doors and the pool was great for when we wanted to let the little ones play in the water but wanted some shade. We were walking distance from a great park for the kids and great options for food and entertainment. We can't recommend this highly enough.

Our stay was amazing! The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. Also pool access! Check in was a breeze and the place was just as clean and warm as the pictures! Will definitely be coming back!

When we first arrived we were so impressed. Everything was neat and orderly. There was great detail welcoming my family for the stay. Sadly, it didn't stay this way. The upstairs cooled horribly. It was in the upper 90s everyday we were in Hilton Head so even keeping all the window shades closed and air as low as permitted, it was still 78 degrees in the hallway and higher in the bedrooms. We had multiple fans going in both bedrooms. The master bed was awful. I got up in the middle of the night our first night because so hot and uncomfortable and slept on couch. The rest of the trip we kicked the kids out of their room and slept on the full size beds. There was hole patch marks in the master bedroom, a broken towel bar and the master shower didn't drain. The shower was so bad, you were standing in 2in of dirty water by the end of your shower. Im unhappy with all the fees I paid upfront and then this was the condition of the unit. I contacted the staff and never got a response after I told them of the issues. I would not stay with host2coast again. Thanks.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time! The place is perfect for our family of 5. We returned because we fell in love with the location, with how easy it is to get to the beach. When you need to cool off from a long, fun day of the sand and salt, the pool is easily accessible from anywhere at the complex. I also need to mention that the team of people that manage this location are top notch and are easy to communicate with. Thank you again for our stay! It is what we needed!
