Completamente rinnovato, questa villa al primo piano con un open space lo rende un noleggio perfetto per le famiglie e la spiaggia è a pochi passi. La splendida cucina con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile è aperta alle zone pranzo e soggiorno che ha un tavolo con 6 posti a sedere. Un nuovo grande sezionale riempie la zona giorno e offre puro comfort. La camera da letto principale è arredata con mobili in stile Tommy Bahama, offre una TV a schermo piatto e una vista sulla laguna. Il bagno padronale piastrellato privato dispone di una cabina doccia in vetro e ripiani in granito. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Il bagno completo della sala ospiti è piastrellato con ripiani in granito. Fuori le porte scorrevoli è un patio privato con 4 sedie e 2 tavoli per godersi il paesaggio. C'è anche un cancello fuori dal patio che vi darà accesso immediato al minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Insieme ad un'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa, l'Island Club offre un ambiente di vacanza eccezionale. Non solo è un resort di fronte all'oceano, ma offre anche una grande piscina con cascata, una piscina per bambini con una cascata di funghi e una piscina abbronzante con sedie a sdraio nella piscina e separa la vasca idromassaggio. Island Club offre anche nove campi da tennis gratuiti (prenotazione obbligatoria), un pro shop, centro fitness, saune, parco giochi per bambini e campi da basket e racquetball all'aperto. I programmi per bambini sono disponibili da giugno a settembre per i 5-12 anni.

Review of condo

Overall, it was an excellent stay at this unit!Some big pros: location of unit on the corner (180 degree view) and lagoon was very nice, short walk to beach, pool, and playground was excellent, included beach chairs and toys were very much appreciated! Cons: no tupperware or storage containers was a bummer. The Wifi was quite slow at 20mbps download speed, but on a beach trip this wasnt the end of the worldWould definitely stay here again!

Great Condo with wonderful amenities!

We stayed with family for Spring Break and the condo was in close proximity to the beach, pool and gym. The property has a guard and everyone was friendly. I never found the pool to be over crowded. I loved the various perks like cornhole, sitting area looking out to the beach and for people with kids a play structure. The condo itself was roomy and had extras for use.

Island Club Stay

The condo was just as listed and the complex itself was so nice! The condo was very comfortable for four people, very clean and modern and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. There were beach chairs in the room for us to use. The back porch area had access also which made it easy to load and unload the beach cart. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to keep things cleaned up.

Our Favorite

We have stayed at Island Club several times & this property was our favorite. We enjoyed that it was 1 level & on the 1st floor,therefore, no steps to climb at all. The proximity to the beach & pool was also great.

Great location

The location to both the beach and the pool was absolutely fabulous and perfect for families with young children! We appreciated the addition of the Pack N' Play for our infant as well. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the sprinkler system is quite loud and did wake us up several times at 5am. It would have been nice for there to be a small selection of spices in the cupboards, as we had to buy salt/pepper, but we understand the removal of those items for cleaning purposes. We found several mosquitos and small bugs creeping around, but thought that was to be expected with a ground floor unit. We were very pleased with the comfortableness of the couch and the beds and appreciated the heated vent fans in the bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this rental unit and would gladly return again.

Folly Beach

Family summer vacation

We stay at the Island Club every year. Some condos are nicer than others. This one was not great. The refrigerator was not working for the first few days. Therefore, many of the groceries we bought went bad. Someone came to fix it, but said the thermostat wasn’t working and could freeze up again. Hopefully it was replaced so no one else had the same problem we did.

Great condo

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well furnished, and close to the beach. It was nice being on the ground level and not having to deal with stairs or elevators. We hope to stay here in the future.

Great Location

This place is a fantastic first floor and steps away from the beach! We loved the lagoon, and how convenient the location was to the best restaurants on the island. My only "complaint", which isn't on the owners at all - is that the sprinklers woke us up every night at 3 and 5 AM where it's first floor. Other than that, perfect stay! We will definitley stay here again!

Great experience

This was our 1st time in Hilton Head. This condo was really nice. Very clean inside as well as outside grounds. Staff very pleasant. Each and every one. Amy was quick to address a minor issue we had and even called in between to see how we were doing. Will definitely stay again.

Always a great time!

I have stayed in this condo at Island Club many times over the years. I especially like the location of this unit because there is ample parking right outside the door, as it is an end unit. Condos a bit closer to the beach have a lot of competition for parking, even though they are only steps closer. Island Club is a well-kept secret on the island. Folly Field Beach is the best, and Island Club is set away from the touristy areas of the island. If you want shops and restaurants in walking distance, stay down around Coligny or Shelter Cove. If you want the best beach/tennis experience, Island Club is your choice.

Hilton Head vacation

This property was fine. The check out procedure is the pits. We had a situation where we needed to leave a day earlier than originally planned. So, I called the number of the property manager and told them we were leaving early (didn't expect any discount or anything). So, 9 hours into our 12 hour drive home, we started receiving the multiple text messages and emails to check out the next morning. The links don't work that night. So, after drivign 12 hours, had to get up early to "check out" with the link. Thanks, Vacation Company, you guys are the worst.
