“The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!”

“The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too..”

“As a foreigner, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are limited to 1-2 people, so we needed 2 rooms for 3 people. The lobby is ok. It’s a safe option. ”

“Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! ”

“Was only there for 3 days 2 nights. Couldnt get the internet to stay connected. Staff was extremely nice but then a few hours later, no internet. One day they came 3 times aven replaced the router. Last day still no internet or compensation. They also tried to charge me for snacks we did not consume. ”

“Wow! Palm Tree Resort far exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid for this reservation. Not only was the room available on short notice, but the parking and property location were convenient, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food offered at the restaurant and bar were top notch! Next time I stay in the Subic Bay area I will definitely stay at Palm Tree Resort. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Olongapo or Subic Bay area!”

“Bathroom was awfully dirty. No towels. No facial tissues. ”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”
