“The unit was very clean and comfortable and the hot water lasted forever which is hard to find. The host was responsive to our needs. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies so we had to go to front desk and inquire. We didn’t have a blender and a lot of glass ware was missing. We had a chef cook one night and she mentioned that resort and these units lack a lot in the kitchen as she does a lot of business there. “I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.”
