“We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable. ”

“Right across from Oaklawn. Felt very secure and good breakfast is included. We have stayed here several times for our annual trip to the horse races and this is the place we prefer. We'll be back next year!”

“Staff was friendly. Allowed us to get a parking pass early and use shuttle to have lunch at Casino before checking in. Shuttle was a definite plus. But ends at 11pm. The breakfast was average high carb, sugary food you find at these hotels. For as much as we spent for one night the options should have been more. We opted to eat at The Best Cafe about a mile away. ”

“Absolutely the most magical stay, clean, comfy, secluded. The bed was incredibly comfy, kitchen came well equipped w/ coffee. Can’t say enough positive things about this gorgeous gem , Starlight Haven. We will be returning asap. ”

“Place is nice, but it wasn’t super clean. Cutlery wasn’t clean and the kitchen felt like they didn’t expect people to use it. Hobs didn’t work properly. Most importantly, we couldn’t get the internet to work. They tried different options and were accommodating but in the end we just gave up. ”
