“No management on site. Phone number was on the office door- you called and you were texted the code to get into your room. Rooms were shabby but the bathroom was remodeled. Marks all over the walls where suitcases had probably been rammed into them. Lamp shades dirty and with tears in the shades. “The hotel itself is beautiful. On the first floor, where everything is, it has been renovated and completely gorgeous. The rooms are not updated. It smells like mildew when you walk in the hallways. The rooms are old. It takes forever to get hot water. In our bathroom particular, we had to run the hot water in the shower and let that get hot before you could have hot water in the sink. “Do not ever stay at this hotel, no refrigerator or microwave. Nothing was as it said on website.very disappointing place, did not even have a coffee pot in the room or a place on premises to get a cup.”

We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. “This was a nice place for my husband and I. The location was great and the view was beautiful. The room was roomy and met our needs. I did not care for the towels, they were thin and small; could not get completely dry using them. We also ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving. So, I would suggest newer/better towels and extra toilet paper. I would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”
