“Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads.
Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase.

“My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.”

“My first night at the hotel, I found several small live roaches around the bed and under the alarm clock. The next morning, I found several more in the bathroom.
I immediately requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the front desk employee seemed more interested in her crossword puzzle than addressing my concerns. I was eventually moved, but only to the room next door.
The new room had not been thoroughly cleaned. At one point, what I believe was the housekeeping supervisor...

“Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.”

“Rooms smell of stale cigarette covered with Lysol even though I asked for a non smoking room. Fridge had moldy pizza that had been there for who knows how long. Smoke alarm was not connected to wall and battery was removed. Walls have stains and holes throughout room. Bathroom was a step up from a gas station restroom. Carpet had stains throughout floor. “Apparently Sundays are open to the public and you CAN tell. Lots of riff raff comes and dirties the quality of the otherwise classy atmosphere.
