While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. “Beautiful views from rooms, clean, modern, and comfortable. Spa service was excellent. Friendly kind staff. A great place for families or the younger crowd. This is not a quiet relaxing resort. Lots of loud music throughout the day into the evening/night. Some confusion with meals first day, as not an open all day buffet. “Cold AC, great water pressure, helpful staff, the drinks were very good. Food was ok. The machine to assign your room key to bracelet was broken when we arrived but staff was very helpful in assisting us to enter our room. You will be offered a visit to attend the sister resort and get a sales pitch. It was not pushy but there were 3 tiers of pitches. We were offered nice incentives and had a lovely breakfast there. ”

“All was well besides one of the workers almost harassing us regarding having breakfast so they can show other properties. We had to dodge her at all times she was very aggressive trying to get us to have that breakfast. I repeatedly said no but that didn’t matter. Everytime we saw her she tried being annoying. Please respect the NO and not be bothering guest ”

“The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. ”
