“Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente! È stato un soggiorno delizioso, l'hotel è molto bello, accogliente e pulito con uno stupendo giardino , pieno di fiori e piante bellissime! La struttura si trova vicinissima al mare, tanto che non è necessario prendere la navetta, messa comunque a disposizione dall'Hotel . La colazione è molto abbondante e il buffet ricco e vario e per una cena più sfiziosa c'è anche un ristorante di cucina Messicana, dove si possono degustare piatti molto elaborati....

“Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture. À la carte de loin la Catrina resto Mexicain...

“I made the reservation months before going there and at the check in i was told there were no more king size rooms but only rooms with two single beds. After complaining for 20 minutes the room i booked magically appeared. It was old and filthy..shower head broken and with mold, hairdrier extremely dirty..minibar the same..the filter of the a/c full of dust.
