“I’m sorry, I left a review for this hotel that was intended for a different hotel. The info there did not pertain to this one. I found this hotel wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean (with amazing view) and the rooftop pool amazing! I ended up at this hotel because it did not have the musty mold issues that I was reacting to at another hotel. Grateful for this place.”

“Clean, comfortable room in good condition with nice bath and shower, the kitchenette is a very nice perk, filtered water free of charge, awesome rooftop pool with a very good bar/grill, delicious complimentary made to order breakfast. The staff is super friendly. I liked the central location - very walkable to the malecon and shopping, restaurants and bars. The beach is ok, and it's right there and as others have noted you can hear the waves. If you want a better beach experience you can Uber...

“Location, service, cleanliness. I had a good stay. That being said, food choices were limited, with only two restaurants, it feels like lots of repeat menus. drinks were good. most of the staff was courteous and helpful, however, some staff was noticeably rude.”

“Great place to stay! All inclusive option was excellent and the variety of the restaurants (room service also included!!!) and bar service/options were perfect. Family friendly activities during day and evening, quiet at 11pm was most appreciated! Temperature was perfect and the towels were new, fluffy and very clean! A great resort with everything! ”

“Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. ”
