“This was like an apartment setup with full kitchen and cookware, living room, and sunken tub with separate shower! Loved the complimentary breakfast and washer/dryer. Great location in Condessa and will definitely book again when staying in CDX. Staff were all nice and personable!! Felt safe traveling alone.”

“We had a very comfortable one week stay at Nido Condesa. We appreciated the 24/7 security at the front desk and the cleanliness of the property. We found the bed and sheets very comfortable. We also loved having the coffee shop in the building and the lovely rooftop patio. We did have to request for a fan since we found it warm in the evening - but that’s more of our sleeping preference. “I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...

"The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price"
