My family stayed here for Thanksgiving this year and this house was Terribly maintained.... everywhere you turned something was broken or unable to use. #1. the listing was wrong, I informed the owner and they updated it but it is STILL wrong...All the items that were broken: Hot tub, downstairs beverage fridge, main fridge water and ice dispenser, kitchen cabinets, movie room recliners, toilet paper holders, rain shower head in upstairs bedroom, shower in upstairs master. The master shower Not working was Probably The Worst part.... She had a maintenance man stop by, but he was not able to fix anything.....There were no trash cans, wash cloths, hand towels or hair dryers in any bathrooms. The couple of towels they did provide were stained and gross.They didn't leave the cushions out for the outdoor furniture I had requested it several times and she failed to do so.The water pressure in the upstairs shower that did work, the water pressure was Terrible!We were not able to bring the shades down in the upper windows in the living room, she didn't leave the remotes for us. When we got there the floors were super sticky, she did send cleaning ladies but they did a super quick job and floors were still gross.This house needs a DEEP cleaning and some major maintenance. I had informed the owner of everything and she said she would "Consider" fixing some of these things.....This house is no where near ready for guests.
