Hotel a Houstonia

“At the time of our stay some upgrades were in progress. Room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Room had new linens and carpet newly installed; new furniture and the room was tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay enjoying a walk to the downtown and an ice cream shop just a block away. We would stay again. No great extras but for a clean comfortable room on a long drive it was quality for the price.”

“The clerks were great but the hot tub was not working and the wifi is the worst I have ever used. Frankly it was unusable so the TV didn't work.”

“Property was dirty, piles of junk everywhere. Breakfast had not many selections. Staff was friendly and we felt safe in the area. ”

“only one towel was provided in the room. put out bed was absolutely disgusting with stains and still dark wet stain on edge, no working soda machines. air conditional barely put out cold air. only one room key worked, outlets in room were so worn out they would not hold a charger in them and the provided usb charges did not work. toilet paper was so thin you could almost see through it. only cold cereal and a waffle maker were available for the "provided" breakfast.”

“The WiFi kept disconnecting and no Gym...”

“Hotel turns off the AC when you leave and your room will be hot and muggy when you get back. Then when you checkout they will find any reason to charge you for random things. I got charged $10 for a wash cloth. The staircase and hallways smell awful. Sheets did not look clean. Vending machine took our money. The breakfast was lame, and the creamer for your coffee was curdled.”

“Got to the room Tv remote didn’t work, trash can had trash from previous guest in it, floor had not been vacuumed, shower has soap from previous guest and shampoo still in shower, stool had not been cleaned. I would recommend not staying here.”
