“Very nice and convenient stay”

“Host was excellent, communication was great, property was in a nice neighborhood, I felt safe. I wish we had control of the thermostat. It was stuffy when we arrived and warm to sleep, second night I asked for it to be adjusted, which the host graciously did. The noise coming from upstairs was much louder than I would prefer.”

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“What a sweet and thoughtfully put together place the Art Studio was! It had everything my husband snd I needed. A comfy bed, immaculate place, lovely touches, and art supplies! Minutes away from restaurants and shops. Thank you to Nicole and Kurt for a lovely experience. We will definitely come back and will be recommending your places to our friends and family!”

“Beautiful apartment decorated by an artist, I’m sure. Walking distance to downtown. Lovely and warm even though it was snowing. Host are super friendly and helpful. ”

“There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to...
