Chalet a Howe Island

“Super experience from start to finish. Check in was quick, efficient and very friendly. Room was impeccably clean with all amenities required for a night's stay. Check out was equally pleasant. Only experience that could be improved was service at the hotel restaurant for breakfast where it was pleasant but slow.”

“We would be happy to go back there when we are in Kingston”

“Staff were lovely. It was an expensive room and nothing was included - breakfast was $22 pp and parking was $33 for the night! The room was musty/damp smelling. You could tell the hotel was older and renovated but it was a “lipstick on a pig” scenario. The lake view also provided a soundtrack from the nearby bars late into the evening. I have paid less for much nicer stays - when I return to Kingston I will choose another property.”

“Ottimo”

“Albergo molto suggestivo, splendidamente arredato, con grande giardino in una zona tranquillissima.”

“Very cute hotel with friendly staff”

“We booked two rooms at the hotel, and overall, the accommodation was good. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues. In one of the rooms, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, while the other room was missing a table lamp, which made the room quite dimly lit. Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast service was disappointing. Breakfast was advertised as being available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the front desk and even verbally confirmed a night prior from the front desk,...
