“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. “Friendly welcome at reception, room had recently been refurbished to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Hotel is clean and modern with a great fitness centre. The pool was decent and there’s also a good sauna Breakfast was a very good buffet and we sat out on the sunny terrace to eat. A great stay while my son was training at the football centre, would definitely stay again.”

“This was hands down the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and cheery. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The wait staff was exceptional as well. The food was excellent, the setting idyllic, and location walkable to The Chatsworth House! We could not wait to write a glowing review as we cannot recommend this hotel enough! We suggest you give your entire staff a raise as they were top notch and whoever hired them...

“In camera non è stato fatto il letto per il minore. Alla reception ci è stato dato l'occorrente, per il secondo letto, " elegantemente" infilato in un sacco nero dell'immondizia. Il pavimento di tutta la hall e zona colazione è appiccicosa ( da quanti mesi non viene pulita decentemente?). Nel complesso, per una notte, va bene ma ci sarebbe tanto da lavorare...”
