“This was my 2nd time staying there in 6 months. The staff is always friendly. Check in was easy. And the rooms are clean. No, issues. Unfortunately, the parent company has failed to invest in the property. The carpet, wallpaper and fixtures are over 50+ years old. There is a smell from age and the property is truly outdated. “The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower.”

“We were given a room and found small black bugs in the bed. We were given a different room but were not given the refund that the clerk voiced would happen. Overall the staff were very helpful and said that the room would be examined by their pest controll contractor per hotel protocol. Pool was great and many guest enjoyed it.”

“Right across the street from the hospital which was great! Shower curtain was torn and desk chair very damaged and pool closed for renovation didn’t know till got there, but price was good, staff nice, and plenty of parking. So overall a good stay.”
