“The front desk manager named Aaron was extremely good. He is highly recommended. The hotel was not wheelchair/walker friendly. We had difficulty getting to the breakfast area. When we parked at the main entrance, there were lots of steps and no ramps. We had a room with a king-sized bed for two people. “Our room was very spacious and clean! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! However, we were told by staff during our stay that this hotel would be closing as of June 1, 2026. I was very sad to hear that because this hotel is close to several areas that we frequent when we visit Winston-Salem as well as friends nearby. “The property was dirty and unkempt outside. There was no outdoor seating. No luggage carts were available.”

“My brother had a bad accident and needed to stay here the night before he was picked up since he was unable to drive himself back to Atlanta for surgery. The front desk gal was amazing and very accommodating. He had a restful night sleep when he really needed it and she delivered him water as he was unable to move around freely. Thank you!”
